Amy C. Greenberg has worked at Yale University since 2001, starting as Administrative Assistant in the Chemistry Department, followed by positions at the Yale University Art Gallery. Her current position as Financial Assistant with the Council on East Asian Studies (CEAS) began in 2009. Amy finds working with both faculty and students to be a very gratifying experience, as it requires interaction with departments and administrators across campus. Amy assists with processing financial transactions for CEAS, including expenses related to faculty and student research related to China, Japan and Korea. As part of the CEAS team, Amy enjoys working with her co-workers to provide outstanding customer service to the Yale community, its guests, as well as to the New Haven community at large. When she is not in the office, Amy enjoys gardening, reading, and working out at the gym. Her favorite pastime is walking along the CT shoreline. Whether it is summer, fall, winter or spring, each season has its own appeal along the water. As a mother to three grown children, Amy feels quite lucky to enjoy what she does at CEAS, knowing that her role as Financial Assistant makes a difference for individuals across the University and beyond.
