Raised in the greater Seattle area, Fiadh graduated from Brown University with an A.B. in East Asian Studies and Computer Science. They spent their first three years after undergraduate working as a software engineer in Seattle. In their time at Yale, Fiadh hopes to continue their study of the modern history of Korean and Japanese Buddhism. They are currently interested in Buddhist reform movements in colonial Korea. In their free time, Fiadh can be found browsing the aisles of record stores looking for metal albums and cooking vegan comfort food.
