Improving Chinese Instruction through the K-16 Chinese Program Articulation

This workshop will discuss about course and program design, assessments, textbooks, as well as student learning motivation/interests in relationship to the articulation of K-16 Chinese language programs. Such discussion may also be beneficial to the classroom instruction. 


About the Presenter:

Dr. Henry Ruan is a board member of CLTA-GNY and a teacher at Loomis Chaffee School, former adjunct professor at Teachers College and Hofstra University. He also served as a member in AP Chinese Development Committee of College Board from 2008 to 2012.
