CHINA Town Hall is a national day of programming on China involving 40 cities throughout the United States. Speakers will focus on the local impacts of the changing and globally important U.S.-China relationship. Orlins - President, National Committee on U.S.-China Relations Local Reflection Discussion with Byron Weng - Professor of Political Science, Yale University Norman J. Ornstein is a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research. A noted voice on political issues, he also serves as an election analyst for CBS News and writes a weekly column called “Congress Inside Out” for Roll Call newspaper.
